Lead Logistics Emerging Product Specialist

Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for thecustomers under purview.Key Activities include:All file management activities post booking.Documentation.System Updates.Operational finance.Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exceptionhandling.

Purpose of the role:

Looking for a candidate to manage and support Maersk's Emerging Digital Products, including Risk Management, Emission Studio, and Visibility Studio. The role involves product operations, customer onboarding, stakeholder coordination, KPI monitoring, process improvement, issue resolution, and driving product adoption across regions.

You will be Responsible for:

• Managing the operational performance of Maersk Emerging Products (Risk Management, Emission Studio, and Visibility Studio).

• Monitoring KPIs, service performance, customer requirements, and operational risks.Supporting product implementation, customer onboarding, and adoption.

• Coordinating with Product, Technology, Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders.

• Driving process improvements and automation opportunities.

• Resolving operational issues and managing escalations effectively.

• Providing performance insights, reports, and business updates.

• Gathering customer feedback and translating it into product enhancements.

• Supporting product growth and expansion across customers, markets, and regions.

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, productivity, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

Graduate of any bachelor's degree.

Fluent in English with good communication skills.
