As an LCL (Less than Container Load) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience within our freight forwarding operations, supporting the movement of cargo and assisting operational teams with key logistics processes.

This internship provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical knowledge of international transportation, shipment documentation, and operational coordination while working alongside experienced logistics professionals in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operational teams with daily system updates and accurate data maintenance.

• Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of shipment and operational documentation.

• Perform data validation activities to ensure information accuracy and completeness across internal systems.

• Support document collection, organization, filing, and compliance with internal procedures and standards.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain missing information and resolve documentation-related issues.

• Assist with operational tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.

• Contribute to the efficient execution of LCL freight forwarding activities while adhering to established processes and guidelines.

• Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned by the team.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop within the logistics industry.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow established processes.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced operational setting.
