As LCL agent you are responsible for managing end to end LCL operational and financial processes of a client’s portfolio and Maersk L&S own LCL lines.

Key Responsibilities
- Register booking orders directly from customers or from internal network,
- Create LCL file into TMFF (or get it created by back office),
- Follow up physical, financial and documentation processes step by step and simultaneously,
- Handle issues such as workflows, disputes or operational extra costs,
- Ensure real time communication with customers or stakeholders.
We are looking for
- Experience in account management execution
- Excellent communication skills
- Relationship building skills, both with customers but also internal stakeholders
- With the ability to handle multiple tasks in a constantly changing environment, you will be able to work under time restrictions with a sense of urgency to deliver to a high standard.
- As a collaborative, customer-focused individual, you will continuously strive to achieve results and deliver and excellent customer experience.
- Language: French and English
