POSITION SUMMARY
To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of LCL export documentation, while driving operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across documentation handling, financial operations, and exception management.

Key Responsibilities
Documentation:
Handle HBL/CBL of Export Shipments, including but not limits at creation, verification, Shipping Instruction submission to carriers, Validating documentation. Ensure document quality and timeliness.
Follow IOP/SOP in document handling process.
Ensure operational KPI is adhered with and successfully delivery
Coordinate with other stakeholders and resolve issues to ensure DOC available and correct during transportation.
Manage exceptions in daily operation.
Other Responsibilities:
Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity and work quality.
Other relevant tasks/projects assigned by leaders.
Critical Competencies
At least 01 – 03 years’ professional working experience at similar operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
Understanding and hand-on experience in LCL operation and documentation is a big plus.
Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.
