We are currently looking for a Landside Operations Agent to join our team in Lomé, Togo.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage day-to-day execution tasks, including transport planning and documentation readiness

• Update TrakIT / TMS systems daily

• Track cargo and generate tracking reports

• Create Vendor POs and manage vendors according to demand

• Collaborate with ICX, Sales teams and Procurement to reduce churn and expedite new business conversion

• Provide timely updates to the rest of the organization

• Achieve timeline propositions to customers

• Reduce costs and remain competitive on quality and cost

• Increase business growth through efficient transportation planning and vendor management

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Someone with:

• Strong background in Operations

• Proven experience in managing landside deliveries and transportation planning

• High sense of urgency

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Knowledge of the local market and its logistics requirements

• Entrepreneur mindset

• Ability to convert impacts into business opportunities

• Good reporting skills

• Ability to provide timely and accurate reports

• Ability to operate in a complex environment

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across several levels

• Good communication skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and vendors

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
