Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute transportation and logistics operations to ensure cargo is delivered safely, on time, and in line with customer commitments.
• Monitor shipment progress and maintain end-to-end visibility through timely and accurate system updates and operational reporting.
• Proactively identify operational risks, resolve exceptions, and communicate updates to customers and key stakeholders.
• Plan and optimize transport capacity through effective routing, load consolidation, triangulation, and supplier collaboration.
• Support cost-saving initiatives by preventing detention, demurrage, storage, waiting time, and other avoidable operational charges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with transport providers, customs authorities, terminal operators, shipping lines, and internal teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, operational efficiency, shipment visibility, and on-time delivery performance.

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong operational planning, coordination, and execution capabilities within transportation and logistics operations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management and operational issue resolution.
• Customer-focused communicator who can manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of transportation, logistics, customs, and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, AI tools, and operational systems, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on cost control, profitability, and continuous process optimization.
