Role Overview:

Work with Landside Operation leaders to ensure landside business are run efficiently in accordance to defined product commitments. Meantime, lead idea generation for continuous improvement opportunities in operation process, ensure good implementation of improvement ideas with good collaboration across teams and functions. Being a role model in the team to drive transformation journey through adoption of new ways of working with emphasis on digital-driven habits internally and with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take lead of idea generation for continuous improvement of Landside process and automation opportunities which can be supported by local CI team.

• Ensure good implementation of local landside continuous improvement projects.

• Work with Area CI team for local automation solution and tool development and implementation.

• Lead collaboration with cross function teams for landside E2E process standardization and optimization.

• Being a role model in the team to drive transformation journey through adoption of new ways of working with emphasis on digital-driven habits internally and with customers. Give full support in the assigned project with internal stakeholders, ensure the solutions are feasible for implementation in landside operation teams.

• Strong ability to break down a solution and process to existing process and system environment, also communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.

• Be expertise of landside processes to internal stakeholders.

• Fluent in written and spoken English
