
Landside Multicarrier Spain Agent

We are currently looking for a Landside Multicarrier Agent to join our dynamic team in Madrid. In this role, you will own and manage the end-to-end inland customer experience, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient execution of inland services.
You will act as the key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality service. The role requires the ability to work independently, while also collaborating effectively across teams and, where relevant, supporting and guiding others.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the end-to-end inland service process, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries related to inland services, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Deliver value-added solutions by leveraging strong business and process understanding
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, proactively identifying risks and preventing errors
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation in a timely manner
- Support customer retention and growth through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational guidelines
- Maintain proactive and clear communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams, including participation in regular calls
- Collaborate with Commercial and Customer Service teams to strengthen customer relationships
- Support reporting activities and execute additional tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager

- Strong sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to drive issues through to resolution
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
