Key Responsibilities
Proper co-ordination with Customers, Customer Service teams (SCM, Ocean, 4PL), Warehouse for stuffing plan and/to arrange services on scheduled, for timely collection and dispatch of shipments.
Handling daily operations for current/new account after closed win.
Preparing SOPs & IOPs in collaboration with Customer, Sale, Procurement, and Products.
Able to take ownership of the issues and perform problem resolution to customer’s satisfaction.
Own Finance Operation (FINOPS) execution structure in the Country in partnership with the GSC FINOPS leads:
Direction setting (annual KPIs and targets),
Visibility (performance management and standard process execution dashboards), and
Contributing with insights and expert guidance to Area and GSC FINOPS teams.
Setting clear roles and responsibilities for end-to-end FINOPS execution & Landside Operation team.
Ensure Landside OPS team are trained and practice in accordance with global standards for executing FINOPS tasks.
Identify gaps in FINOPS process and establish performance projects with rigorous follow-up and status reporting to Landside Operation Manager.
Define and deliver (with SME) functional training for Ops teams.
Engage actively with Sales, Products, Procurement to ensure compliance to upstream processes, incl. timely update and proper filing of rate cards.
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by Landside Operation Manager.
Critical Competencies
At least 01 – 03 years’ professional working experience at similar finance operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.
