Key Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Trusted Partnership

Partner with Sales to manage and support strategic customers.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships to drive retention, growth, and positive customer experience.
Understand customer goals and align internal teams to deliver on commitments.

Customer Success & Issue Resolution

Understand customer needs and connect them with relevant Maersk products and solutions.
Drive customer satisfaction and successful execution of customer solutions.
Proactively address customer pain points and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

Commercial Process Management

Coordinate customer allocation and ensure commitments are met.
Support Ocean tender activities and follow up with Sales and relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate Logistics RFI/RFP, contracting, and contract renewals in line with pricing guidelines.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Transportation.
Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of logistics products and solutions.
Intermediate English with good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good Excel and presentation skills.
Proactive, process-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
