We're seeking an experienced Junior Specialist - Technology, Customer & Operations to assist the operating business units by supporting applications and integration to help the business improve efficiencies as well as supporting effective day-to-day running of all operations as per responsibilities defined by the TCO project lead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist senior TCO members in implementations with requirement drafting, basic configurations, user creations etc.

  • Support testing, training, go-live and hyper care in projects and change requests

  • Ensure any issues reported are attended to until closed

  • Provide onsite BAU support to operations during special events and peak volume period

  • Provide first-line support for operational and customer-facing technology systems (e.g. WMS, TMS, handheld devices, scanners, printers, and basic network equipment).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day system and hardware issues, escalating complex incidents to central IT or external vendors where required.

  • Support system access management, including user creation, deactivation, and role-based access controls.

  • Monitor system performance and report recurring issues or risks impacting operations.

  • Support operational teams with system-related queries to ensure uninterrupted warehouse and distribution activities.

  • Assist with system configuration changes related to operational processes (within approved change frameworks).

  • Support data integrity by validating transactions, reports, and system outputs Identify opportunities to improve system usage, automation, and technology-driven efficiencies.

  • Support testing and deployment of new technology solutions or upgrades at site level.

  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.

  • Support audits and provide system-related documentation when required.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in science/information technology or Industrial engineering

  • Knowledge of MS SQL, or any SQL language will be an added advantage

  • General business knowledge of supply chain execution in any of the following verticals would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of Project Management would be an advantage

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Good team player with strong bias to collaboration, knowledge sharing and team engagement

  • Self-motivated with focus on identifying personal development opportunities

  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
