This role will execute the objectives set by the organization for the SCM operation team. Focusing on delivering superior customer experience and drive profitability of the business handled.

Key responsibilities:

· Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to analytical solutioning.

· Assist in performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, insights, and data quality issues.

· Support the development and testing of machine learning models, NLP solutions, or basic Generative AI prototypes under guidance.

· Contribute to data preparation, feature engineering, and evaluation tasks using Python, SQL, or cloud-based tools.

· Document findings, prepare visualizations, and communicate analysis results clearly.

· Continuously learn new tools and techniques to strengthen your AI/ML skillset and apply them in real business scenarios.

We are looking for:

· A team player having knowledge in the field of data science and AI/ML. Proficiency with programming/querying languages like python & SQL.

· An individual with exposure to text analytics/NLP or machine learning projects academic experience.

· A person with analytical thinking mindset comfortable with brainstorming and ideation. A doer with deep interest in driving business outcomes through applied AI/ML.

· Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a willingness to learn from senior team members.

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, AI/ML.

· Good communication skills and eagerness to understand business context and apply data-driven thinking.

· Internship/knowledge in domains like logistics, shipping, or supply chain is a plus
