Job Summary

Airbus India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Science Intern to join our innovative team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in applying data science methodologies to real-world aerospace challenges, contributing to advanced projects that shape the future of aviation.

Job Responsibilities

As a Data Science Intern, you will be involved in various aspects of our data science initiatives, including but not limited to:

* Assisting in the collection, cleaning, and pre-processing of large datasets from various sources.
* Applying statistical analysis and machine learning techniques to extract actionable insights from data.
* Developing and implementing predictive models to solve complex business problems.
* Visualizing data and communicating findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Collaborating with experienced data scientists and data engineers on ongoing projects.
* Researching and evaluating new data science tools, techniques, and methodologies.
* Documenting processes, methodologies, and results for future reference.

Job Qualifications

To be successful in this internship, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
* Strong foundational understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning & Deep learning algorithms.
* Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data science (e.g., Python, R).
* Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
* Basic understanding of SQL for data querying and retrieval.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
* A keen interest in the aerospace industry and a desire to learn and contribute to cutting-edge projects.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
