We are seeking a dynamic and strategic individual for the role of Integrated Sales Representative to contribute our sales and business development efforts for our Reefer – Cold Chain Vertical in Canada. This role will be responsible for driving customer-centric solutions across ocean, air, landside logistics and cold storage ensuring Maersk is the partner of choice for cold chain logistics. This individual contributor will report to the Head of Integrated Sales.
This is a high‑energy, growth‑oriented role where you will help shape our end‑to‑end cold chain solutions and strengthen Maersk’s footprint in the Canadian market. If you are a highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic come and join a successful and ambitious team of Maersk employees in Canada.

Who we are looking:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· At least 5 years of experience in solutions-based selling within the logistics and supply chain industry.
· Advanced English proficiency; French is a plus.
· Proven experience in Reefer Sales. Deep knowledge of Canada’s cold chain market is highly desired.
· Experience in Salesforce (or any other CRM) and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
· Build tailored value propositions based on customer needs and cold chain capabilities.
· Engage with importers/exporters across fresh produce, protein, fish, and other temperature‑controlled segments.
· Lead the process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and contract closure.
· Develop pricing proposals and manage commercial terms.
· Client Strategy and planning.
· Ensure a seamless handover to Operations and Account Management teams.
· Understand customer pain points and design solutions with our Product and Operations teams.
· Monitor customer’s performance.
· Promote Maersk’s integrated cold chain offerings (trucking, customs brokerage, cold storage, warehousing, and more).

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00 CAD + SIP (Sales Incentive Plan)

The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for this position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
