Integrated Sales Representative

As an Integrated Sales Representative at Maersk in Morocco, you will be responsible for selling our Transport & Logistics integrated solutions to a selected customers in our geography and in specific verticals/Industries. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base in the vertical you will be in charge of, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales skills, a deep understanding of the logistics and transportation industry, and the ability to develop customized solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation:

  • Identify and target potential customers within the specified market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Present and sell Maersk's integrated solutions to new and existing customers.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.
  • Address and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.

Market Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and threats.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' activities, and customer preferences.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team to support strategic decisions.

Sales Process Management:

  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Ensure all sales activities are recorded in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, customer service) to ensure seamless service delivery.

Your Profile

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the transport and logistics industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of transport and logistics solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
