Inland First Mile Intern

📍 Location: Panama City, Costa del Este
🕒 Duration: 12-month internship
💼 Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

At Maersk, we are looking for a proactive and analytical Landside Operations Intern to support transportation operations across Panama and the Caribbean. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics, supplier coordination, customer service, KPI tracking, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

• Support inland transportation operations.

• Coordinate with vendors, terminals, and customers.

• Track and analyze operational performance indicators.

• Prepare reports and operational insights.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Experience, Commercial, and Finance teams.

Requirements for Internship

• Recent graduates in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Maritime Administration, or related fields.

• Students who have completed all coursework and only require a professional internship as a graduation requirement.

• Valid student insurance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Interest in logistics and supply chain operations.

• Intermediate Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.

• Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM). #LI-MP1
