Key Responsibilities

“Human Resources Intern” will support East Mediterranean People Advisory Team based at Istanbul Office

  • In all operational processes,
  • Time & Attendance System (incl. health & life insurance),
  • Preparation of visa documents,
  • Preparation and control of employee personnel files,
  • Submitting monthly payroll inputs to the WorkDay system.

We’re looking for

  • Student in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Economics, and Industrial Relations or a related field (3rd or 4th-year Bachelor or Master's degree student)
  • Able to work min. 3 days a week for 6 months
  • Administrative skills, attention to details
  • Strong at communication and relationship management
  • Intends to pursue a career in HR
  • Proficient in MS Office programmes
  • Advanced English & Turkish
