With over 100,000 employees across 130 countries, we work together to shape the future of global trade and logistics.

Key responsibilities

Foreign Worker Management

Manage all aspects of foreign worker administration and welfare, including:

  • Ensure foreign workers’ welfare, well-being, and cultural adaptation.

  • Oversee compliance with health and safety standards and promote a positive work culture.

  • Handle end-to-end processes for foreign workers: new intake, immigration clearance, work permit renewal, medical check-ups (FOMEMA), passport renewal, and bank account setup.

  • Liaise with outsourced agencies for hostel maintenance and address any issues promptly.

  • Manage billing, invoices, and monthly reconciliation with outsourced agencies.

  • Address social or disciplinary issues among workers (e.g., absenteeism, conflicts).

  • Act as the primary liaison with Immigration, JTK, and other government agencies for foreign worker matters.

  • Ensure timely submission of applications and documentation to relevant authorities.

  • Manage worker accommodations, ensuring compliance with the Minimum Standards of Housing Act 446 and RBA standards, including periodic audits.

  • Coordinate medical assistance for major health issues or accidents.

  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain hostel conditions and manage inventory of equipment/furniture.

  • Maintain accurate records of foreign workers and hostel occupancy.

  • Support managers in resolving disciplinary matters or complaints.

  • Handle absconded cases: lodge police reports, cancel permits, update JTK records, and arrange repatriation.

  • Monitor and renew hostel tenancy agreements and employment contracts as required.

HR & Administration

  • Liaise with government departments and private institutions on HR and administrative matters.

  • Assist with daily office administration, including documentation, filing, and correspondence.

  • Maintain office security protocols and visitor records.

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Manage personnel files and other HR documentation.
