Airbus is seeking motivated, fresh graduate talent to join a specific department for a 10-month Protégé Program. This program is for Malaysian fresh graduates only, as mandated by Malaysian Government. Key opening under Human Resources Department:
- Protégé, Human Resources
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Support: Coordinate and manage key administrative elements of the recruitment process , including scheduling interviews and preparing accurate Offer Letters and employment contracts.
- Administrative & Compliance: Manage necessary administrative tasks, including liaising with external authorities like Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (MAHB) for staff security clearance and airport passes, and processing documentation related to Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC).
- HR Operations Assistance: Assist the HR team with daily operational tasks across functions, including generalist duties and supporting data preparation for compensation and benefits administration.
- Project Support: provide reliable, ad-hoc support to Managers on delegated projects, reports, and initiatives to ensure smooth departmental function.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
