🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with HR procedures, practices, directives, systems, and regulations within the warehouse.
Provide administrative and face-to-face support to employees and leaders (signatures, frontline tasks, guidance on MyHR/Workday, documentation).
Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, training, and change management activities, as well as support project deployment.
Manage HR cases and queries, maintain data quality in Workday, and oversee workforce scheduling, time, and leave management.
Handle legal documentation and archiving, collect company property, support disciplinary actions, lead engagement activities, and proactively identify issues.
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
3 to 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist, including at least 3 years in warehouse HR operations.
Strong knowledge of local labor legislation (LFT) and hands-on experience with HR systems, preferably Workday.
Proven track record in warehouse start-ups and operational environments, with a genuine interest in hands-on, operational work.
Conversational English proficiency, enabling effective communication in diverse settings.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage conflicts and maintain attention to detail
