We are seeking enthusiastic and talented individuals to join our team and embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development.
The successful candidates will be part of our two-year Graduate programme that will be based predominantly out of our brand-new site at East Midlands Gateway. There are 5 career pathways available within our Graduate Programme – you will be asked to select the one that interests you most when applying.
Right to work and live in the UK indefinitely is crucial. No Sponsorship is available. Unfortunately student visas without the right to stay and work indefinitely in the UK are not eligible for this programme.

Customer Experience
In our Customer Experience pathway, you’ll develop key skills in managing customer relationships and ensuring operational excellence. You'll gain hands-on experience in optimising processes, improving service delivery, and working on projects that enhance customer satisfaction. Throughout this journey, you'll be part of a team that strives to exceed customer expectations and streamline global logistics.
2 x 12-month placements
Liverpool
Sales:
In our Sales pathway, you will dive deep into the world of logistics and supply chain solutions, helping to drive business growth and build lasting customer relationships. You’ll learn how to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and close deals that support Maersk’s ambitious targets. With mentorship from industry experts and hands-on experience, you’ll become an integral part of our global sales team

East Midlands Gateway/Liverpool

Qualifications, Skills & Attributes:
Right to work and live in the UK crucial. No Sponsorship is available.
Recent graduate bachelor’s degree Minimum 2:2.
Recently graduated in Logistics & Supply Chain, Management, Business & Engineering
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly Organised, strategic thinker.
Resilient and comfortable with change
Commercial mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluent in English written and Oral is essential
General Work Experience – Voluntary or Social engagement
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Next Steps:
The closing date for applications is the 14th March 2026.
Once we have received your application, and if you meet our minimum criteria, you will be asked to complete a Video Interview, these are to be completed at the latest by the 31st March 2026.
If successful at this point you will be invited to an Assessment Centre, which will be held at our site at East Midlands Gateway (DE74 2BB), these will be taking place in April. We will provide you with full detail in advance of what to expect on the day.
The final stage of our process will be an interview with our Leadership team.
Successful Graduates will be offered positions in April 2026
Graduate Programme will then commence in September 2026
