FinOps TBM Analyst (Business Controller)

As a FinOps TBM Analyst (Business Controller), you will play a vital role, responsible for controlling and analyzing the results of the company's different products, monitoring deviations, and ensuring compliance with operational financial processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for monitoring the product’s revenues.
  • Review operational information and ensure that all services are invoiced accurately and on time.
  • Follow up on purchase request and purchase order processes, including closure with GR.
  • Accountable for revenue and cost provisions related to the product.
  • Review all cost items affecting the P&L and analyze variances.
  • Provide input and analysis to BCO regarding product performance, offering support and explanations to justify P&L variances.
  • Cost control: review operational vs. financial data impacting the P&L to prevent cost deviations due to missing information, prior period expenses, incorrect postings, or undeclared provisions.
  • Responsible for delivering supporting documentation for RIC controls assigned to FinOps.
  • Ensure compliance in processes and raise any risks associated with the product.

We are looking for:

  • Academic background: Accounting, administration, industrial engineering or similar.
  • English Intermediate to Advanced
  • Excel Advanced / Power BI intermediate
  • High analytical skills, communication skills, organizational skills and teamwork.
  • 3 years of experience in operational financial closing, billing, and costing processes
