Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Reporting Officer to join our warehouse operations team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing billing processes, supporting site administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between finance, suppliers, and site management. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys combining financial accuracy with operational support.

Key Responsibilities

Client Billing & Financial Coordination

  • Manage and organize internal billing processes

  • Accurately enter and maintain billing data

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients

  • Investigate and resolve client invoice disputes

  • Process credit notes in a timely manner

  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and the accounting team

  • Ensure consistent follow-up on outstanding billing matters

Site Administration

  • Coordinate meetings, including logistics and room bookings

  • Organize and support client visits

General Services

  • Order and manage office supplies

  • Oversee and maintain phone line services

Site Operations Support

  • Welcome and assist suppliers on-site

  • Prepare and issue site purchase orders

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a large organization

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks

  • Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure

  • Familiarity with SAP is an advantage

  • Good command of German and English
