Key Responsibilities

- Flight Planning including space control, routing optimization and special cargo handling (DG, perishable, high value product)

- Familiar with the air freight market trend with quick response for supply and demand in outside market

- Coordinate with operation team and customer services team for daily work.

- Coordinate with airline to secure capacity, rates and services reliability

- Capable of using Cargowise system for update the consol and milestone - ETD / ETA / ATD / ATA

- Monitor and complete the EQ report, flight track and trace.

- Issuing Debit note and cost update thru Cargowise system

- Proficiency the use of Microsoft Word / Excel
