About the Job

At Maersk, we proudly represent the HQFM Administration team, an integral part of Headquarters Facility Management. We work in close collaboration with our Technical and Security teams to ensure the seamless delivery of exceptional facility management services to Maersk Headquarters.

Our responsibilities span a wide range of essential functions, including internal communication, employee services and welfare coordination, vendor and contract support, and strategic stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HQFM communication channels and content, including the Esplanaden Campus site, info screens, Viva Engage community, and physical signage
  • Coordinate employee services (Christmas gifts, wedding gifts, rebate cards, and annual flu vaccinations)
  • Maintain the retirees database and organize the annual retirees event
  • Coordinate in‑house First Aid courses and support digital post (e-Boks)
  • Provide administrative support across communication and contract management tasks

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role within people support, customer service, hospitality services, or similar environments.

You:

  • Possess natural stakeholder management skills and communicate effectively at all levels
  • Are comfortable navigating a complex stakeholder landscape
  • Enjoy engaging with people from different parts of the business
  • Are structured, organized, and detail‑oriented, while also able to see the bigger picture
  • Are empathetic, with strong interpersonal skills
  • Are a self-starter with a proactive, can‑do attitude
  • Follow through on tasks to ensure proper closure

You also bring:

  • Experience working independently within a broad framework
  • Sound judgement and strong organisational, administrative, observational, and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint
  • Fluency in both English and Danish (required)
