
Ecuador Administrative Assistants Supervisor

The Ecuador Administrative Assistants Supervisor ensures the effective operation of office and site environments across the country, enabling leaders and employees to focus on core business priorities, while maintaining high standards of service, compliance, cost efficiency, and workplace experience.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and develop the relationship with internal and external customers Manage, planning and develop local value proposition
Manage, planning and develop local savings plan focusing on corporative standards.
Responsible for Vendors and Stakeholders Satisfaction
Manage and supervise Contract Administration for ADM vendors Responsible of ADM processes and company protocols
Efficient budget allocation Ensure successful business control and compliance into corporative platforms/systems
Costs Effectiveness: Prioritize cost-controlling effective solutions that meet the needs of the administrative assistant role
Office Services Administration
Customer Relationship First Line of help, contact and/or information for any inquiry
Special care with visitors and customers (foreigners and locals)
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles.
Previous experience working in multinational companies is highly preferred.
Senior-level professional profile with strong organizational and leadership skills.
Experience supervising or managing a team is preferred.
Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
English proficiency, both written and spoken.
