Digital Product Specialist

Job Description

As a member of the Digital Product Team in Maersk China, you will be at the core of building and evolving the digital solutions that power Maersk’s innovation agenda. Your mandate is to design, build, and ship those products in the first place.

The team operates across two complementary tracks:

1. Product Engineering (Technical-Business Track — ~60% Technical / ~40% Business)

You will drive the technical backbone of our digital products — from cloud-native architecture and backend services to UX design and AI infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

Designing and implementing scalable backend systems and APIs on cloud platforms (Alicloud/AWS/Azure) Building and maintaining AI/ML frameworks and GenAI pipelines that power intelligent product features Crafting intuitive, data-driven UX that translates complex logistics workflows into simple user experiences Establishing cloud governance, DevOps practices, and engineering standards for the product portfolio Exploring and prototyping emerging technologies (LLMs, agents, computer vision) to identify productizable capabilities

2. Business Analyst(Business-Technical Track — ~40% Technical / ~60% Business)

You will sit at the intersection of business needs and technical delivery, translating business pain points and market opportunities into product requirements and working solutions. Your responsibilities include:

Partnering with commercial and operations teams to identify high-value use cases for digital products Translating business requirements into product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering Configuring, customizing, and integrating digital solutions to fit specific customer or product contexts Validating that delivered products generate measurable business outcomes — not just working code Acting as the bridge between the Customer Success team (who operate products) , Engineering (who build them) and POC team(project management) ensuring feedback loops are tight and prioritization is evidence-based
