CX Import Consultant – JL2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end to end shipments for smooth delivery to customers.

  • Act as the focal point for SCM customers, coordinating with our operation team to deliver as promised.

  • Up-sell and Cross-sell our various products to the customers

  • Manage customer expectations within agreed timelines through our channels: case management, cloud telephony and services calls

  • Onboard new customers and returning customers and increase the percentage of customers using self-service

  • Improve longstanding management to reduce longstanding volumes

  • Enhance customer feedback through CSAT, CSLS and NPS scores.

  • Collaborate with external stakeholders such as Customs, Terminals, PIA etc….

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone with:

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service and SCM

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

  • Communication and collaboration skills

  • Team spirit and ready to work in dynamic workplace

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service

  • Customer oriented mindset and solution oriented
