As a Customs Coordinator, you’ll help ensure shipments are cleared quickly and correctly. You’ll work closely with customers, customs authorities, and internal teams to keep cargo moving efficiently. This role is perfect for someone who’s organized, detail-focused, and passionate about great service.

What you'll be expected to do in your role:

  • Handle customs clearance for import, export, and transit shipments in line with Israeli and international regulations

  • Prepare and submit accurate customs documents and declarations

  • Coordinate with internal teams, customers, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely clearance

  • Monitor shipment status and solve issues to avoid delays

  • Stay updated on customs laws, tariffs, and regulations

  • Support audits and compliance reporting

  • Manage daily admin tasks like data entry and record keeping

  • Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate to avoid penalties

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Whilst we are ideally looking an individual with experience working as an administrator and/or broker support in customs, freight forwarding, or international trade; we are also looking for candidates who have transferrable skills and experience that can be applied in this role, as well as those just starting out in their career

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; customs or trade certifications are a plus

  • Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of information

  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and customs software (e.g., Unifreight)

  • Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Israeli customs regulations and HS codes is a strong advantage

  • Mindset: Team player, eager to learn, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
