We’re hiring a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Ashdod! This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the transport and logistics industry, even if you’re just starting out. Whether you’re someone with no prior logistics experience, or exploring a career change, we’re interested in people who are adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to grow.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver a positive customer experience by ensuring smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle
Understand customer needs and go the extra mile to provide tailored solutions
Communicate proactively to align expectations and resolve issues
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Promote digital tools and support process improvements
Who We’re Looking For:
Mindset: Agile, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and commercially aware
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus
Languages: Fluent in Hebrew and English (spoken and written)
Experience: We welcome candidates with transferrable skills from client-facing roles, such as customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales
