We are looking for two Customs Process Administrators for our office in Ørje!

About the position

We are looking for two Customs Process Administrators for our Back Office in Ørje. The office is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and consists of a team of twelve dedicated employees.

A Customs Process Administrator (CPA) is responsible within their team for coordinating and organising the entire range of customs services, such as collecting relevant documents and writing customs declarations, until the goods are cleared through customs.

Together with your colleagues, you will work to understand and perform customs clearance and offer solutions based on our customers' needs. You will be part of a cheerful and knowledgeable team that works closely together and exchanges knowledge and expertise on a daily basis.

We are looking for someone who:

• Wants a varied and developing job

• Is service-oriented and solves customer assignments quickly and pleasantly

• Has experience from the customs or logistics industry or has other relevant work experience and has completed higher secondary education

• Has a positive attitude and the ability to create good customer relationships

• Is fluent in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken

  • Has a high level of service awareness and are solution-oriented

• Enjoys working in a team but also independently
