Job Description

Are you ready to navigate the complexities of international trade and make a real impact in global logistics? At Maersk, we’re looking for a Customs Process Administrator to lead and deliver exceptional customs brokerage services, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and superior customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As a key player in our Customs Brokerage team, you’ll:

  • Take full ownership of Egypt’s import/export customs processes.

  • Deliver outstanding service to our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Lead a team to meet and exceed KPIs, driving operational excellence.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on customs regulations and international transportation.

  • Collaborate across departments to expedite shipments and resolve challenges.

  • Manage client invoicing, accruals, reporting, and cash flow optimization.

  • Ensure full regulatory compliance and uphold Maersk’s high standards.

Who You Are

You’re a driven, detail-oriented professional with:

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • Relevant and proven industry experience in customs or international logistics.

  • Strong knowledge of transportation and customs regulations.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • A proactive, organized mindset with a knack for problem-solving.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and adaptability to new platforms.
