Key responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients—ensuring their day-to-day logistics activities run smoothly and meet their expectations.
You will focus on understanding each customer’s business, supporting their operational needs, and delivering a consistent, high-quality service experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building strong, long-term relationships with key clients and understanding their business priorities
- Acting as a trusted partner and main contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinating shipments and ensuring smooth execution across the supply chain—from booking to delivery
- Monitoring service performance and proactively addressing any disruptions or delays
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer commitments are met
- Supporting onboarding of new customers and ensuring a seamless start to their experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey
- Encouraging and supporting customers in using digital tools that simplify their daily operations
We are looking for
You are someone who enjoys working closely with customers and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You are structured, proactive, and able to keep track of multiple tasks while maintaining a clear overview. You have a good understanding of logistics or supply chain operations and are eager to learn more.
Furthermore, you:
- Have experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or a related field
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships with customers and colleagues
- Demonstrate a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Show an interest in optimizing processes and improving service delivery
- Are fluent in English and Danish, both written and spoken
