Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Job Summary:
This position is to monitor assigned international shipments from pick up to proof of delivery. In addition, completion of administrative duties and monitoring of shipment flow and problem resolution for escalated operational issues.
Essential Functions:
- Assists with all aspects of international operations as needed.
- Monitor all international emails boxes.
- Process COB and Track and Trace reports.
- Handling of POD review and missing POD reports.
- Liaison between international agents and stations.
- Handle calls for Intl Customer Service Phone Line.
- To contact US Stations as needed for milestone updates.
- To communicate urgent matters to Management when applicable.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills/Competencies:
- Excel experience required.
- Import and Export Air/Ocean/Freight a must
- Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- Work well as a member of a group
- Ability to Multitask
- Excellent customer service skills are required along with good written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of global freight forwarding
Education:
- Minimum high school diploma or GE
Experience:
- 1+ years of experience required

Pay Range:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
