You'll be responsible for:
Shipment Coordination:
Executing freight forwarding for ocean, air, and inland shipments
Preparing and validating shipping documents (Bill of Lading, FCR, invoices, packing lists)
Customer Experience & KCXI Standards:
Delivering services aligned with KCXI GOLD standards and KPIs
Ensuring proactive communication and timely customer updates
Acting as trusted contact, providing updates and resolving queries
Compliance & Documentation:
Adhering to global trade compliance, customs regulations, and Maersk policies
Coordinating with customs brokers and authorities for timely clearance
Vendor & Carrier Management:
Collaborating with carriers, shipping lines, and logistics providers to secure bookings and optimize costs
Monitoring carrier performance and escalating service failures
Operational Excellence:
Maintaining accurate shipment tracking and updating Maersk systems for visibility
Identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce cost
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs procedures, and international trade regulations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Maersk systems and MS Office tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
