About the Role

As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will be at the heart of operations and customer interaction. This role combines operational execution with a consultative approach, giving you exposure across multiple functions of the supply chain.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely shipment handling, while delivering a high level of service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor end-to-end shipment processes across ocean, air, and/or multimodal transport
  • Coordinate deliveries from port of discharge and ensure data accuracy in internal systems
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling queries and providing proactive updates
  • Collaborate with warehouses, procurement, sales teams, and trucking partners
  • Use cargo-related systems to track shipments, manage documentation, and ensure operational compliance
  • Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in customer service, logistics, or supply chain operations
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin) – both written and spoken
  • Cargo/shipment experience is a strong plus (ocean, air, or multimodal)
  • Familiarity with cargo-related software and operational tools (TMS, shipment tracking systems, ERP, CargoWise, or similar platforms)
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and well-organized
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Knowledge of operational processes and tools (Power BI is a plus)
