Here’s the Deal:

As a CX Representative for Port Support, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless customer experience through effective issue resolution and client guidance. Your responsibilities will include managing email communications, handling customer calls, and providing orientation on our website, specifically addressing hold in terminal resolutions. You will be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering top-tier customer service in the ocean logistics sector.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, have strong verbal and written communication skills, can multi-task and prioritize, and can generate genuine connections with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email handling issue resolution

  • Client orientation on website

  • Hold in terminal resolution

  • Call handling

The Basics:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience.

  • 2 years in Contact Center preferred.

  • Customer Service and/or direct call handling experience.

  • Last Mile logistics and/or transportation industry knowledge preferred.

  • English Level: B2.

  • Ability to go to office in hybrid model (3 times a week).

Competencies:

  • Excellent MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

  • Self-motivated and independent work style.

  • Ability to work successfully across organizational lines.

  • Good verbal, written, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to communicate efficiently and provide precise details.

  • Organizational and time management skills (multi-tasking and prioritizing).

  • Customer-focused and solutions-oriented.
