Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the customer experience for key customers
Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures
Ensure services are delivered to the customers as promised and/or that the customers are kept informed of relevant deviations
Build strong relationships with customers
Understand the customers' business drivers and leverage them to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the company and the customers
Who are we looking for:
1-3 years of experience in customer service within logistics, supporting cross-border projects among several countries and regions, and supporting inland and customs clearance processes
Having a bachelor's degree in a similar field
Great at stakeholder management
Strong customer orientation
Ability to deal with ambiguity
A true team player
Outstanding communication skills
Fluent in Romanian & English
