Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the customer experience for key customers

• Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures

• Ensure services are delivered to the customers as promised and/or that the customers are kept informed of relevant deviations

• Build strong relationships with customers

• Understand the customers' business drivers and leverage them to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the company and the customers

Who are we looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service within logistics, supporting cross-border projects among several countries and regions, and supporting inland and customs clearance processes

• Having a bachelor's degree in a similar field

• Great at stakeholder management

• Strong customer orientation

• Ability to deal with ambiguity

• A true team player

• Outstanding communication skills

• Fluent in Romanian & English
