Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Account & Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touchpoints.
- Cold Chain Execution Coordination:
Oversee the full lifecycle of cold chain logistics—from sourcing to final delivery—ensuring temperature integrity, timely execution, and operational excellence.

Manage receivables, drive timely collections, and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
