Continuous Improvement Excellence Senior Manager

Job Description

• Develop and execute CI strategies aligned with global and regional priorities.
• Drive process quality governance and maturity tracking.
• Support cross-functional transformation and change initiatives.
• Partner with Product, Platform, and Tech teams for process enhancements.
• Identify automation opportunities across processes.
• Build capability development and improvement culture.
• Lead risk mitigation through audit and compliance frameworks.
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and customer experience improvements.

Accountability

• Drive Continuous Improvement capability building initiatives across teams.
• Design and conduct trainings/workshops on Scrum, Agile, Lean, and CI methodologies.
• Build structured learning roadmaps for process excellence and transformation skills.
• Coach teams and leaders on problem-solving, Kaizen, and Agile ways of working.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted learning interventions.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and operational excellence.
