Preferred location: Prague, Czechia

We are looking for a Client Program Manager to lead operational performance, strengthen customer satisfaction, and drive value creation for a global key account across Europe. In this role, you will act as the main customer advocate internally and a trusted advisor externally, coordinating with Customer Experience teams, Sales, and global functions to ensure consistent, high‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the European customer experience by coordinating performance across origins, destinations, and Maersk teams globally.
  • Ensure customer KPIs are met and strong monitoring and control processes are in place.
  • Build strong relationships with the customer’s European logistics team and local plants; resolve daily operational queries and identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end shipment execution, driving standardization, automation, and best‑practice sharing.
  • Conduct Gemba walks to identify process gaps and implement improvements.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure accurate, consistent service delivery.
  • Lead monthly performance reviews, analyse delays, and drive corrective actions.
  • Support data accuracy and milestone timeliness through proactive dashboard use.
  • Support Customer Experience teams across Europe and GSC as an operational subject matter expert.
  • Contribute to value creation, including expanding landside logistics (FTL/LTL)
  • Partner with Client Program Managers on projects, including EDI and operational escalations.

Key requirements

We are looking for someone who is eager to understand our key customer’s priorities, passionate about Operational Excellence, and comfortable navigating complex operational and commercial topics. You bring strong interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and the ability to recommend value‑adding actions for the customer. English language is required.

Bonus qualifications include:
3+ years of experience in operations, project/program management or supply chain; a strong track record in a matrix organization; high urgency and persistence; and excellent communication and presentation skills.

Location

Based in Central South Europe, ideally Prague, enabling quarterly customer meetings and proximity to the key plants of the customer in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
