This is an exciting career opportunity to work in a multinational, Global 500 company that makes global trade happen. You will be interacting daily with colleagues internationally, giving you the opportunity to develop your professional skills in a global environment. We provide support for you to shape your own career by achieving expertise and learning on the job.

Key Responsibilities
As a Claim Adjuster, you will play a critical role in managing claims across Maersk’s Logistics and Services business by ensuring timely, accurate, and fair resolution.
- Manage and coordinate all activities related to the claims lifecycle, from receipt through investigation, settlement, and closure
- Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders, including operations, legal, insurance partners, and claimants, to ensure efficient resolution
- Create, maintain, and audit claim files in accordance with company best practices, governance standards, and audit requirements
- Review and interpret contractual terms and obligations to assess claim merits and liability exposure
- Conduct direct settlement negotiations with claimants and coordinate the execution of general releases, claim payments, and system closure
- Support global legal teams by gathering and organizing internal and external information for lawsuits or other legal proceedings
- Identify root causes of claims and contribute insights that support loss prevention, process improvements, and risk mitigation
- Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures related to claims processes with guidance from your direct manager
- Support senior members of the NAM Regional Claims Hub with claim payments, vendor invoices, and ad hoc projects as required
