Responsibilities :
- Monthly productivity controls by site and savings: AiiTracker (also monitors sites with CI champions).
- Mentors for CI champions and leaders, and trainers for the shopfloor on Lean topics.
- Implement CI Way of Working (WoW) at their sites and monitor it (Lean Corners, Daily, Weekly, Lean/5S, Gembas).
- Process standards (SOP controls, WI, LUPS) for CI and support leading sites when needed.
- Support new implementations at the site.
- Project execution at the sites / Kaizen.
- Implement the GAP plan for maturity improvements by site. Supports productivity/volume KPIs and other related SLAs.
Requirements :
- Solid work experience in continuous improvement.
- Work experience in warehouses and/or contract logistics.
- Green Belt Certified (mandatory)
- Great knowledge of the following tools : Lean, Kaizen, 5S, workflow development.
- B1 - B2 English level (spoken and written).
- Experience with : Power BI , Power Apps, Office.
- Soft skills : responsiblity, leadership, solid communication skills.
