Job Summary:
We are seeking a CI Performance Management and FinOps SME to support SEA Ops TbM with data-driven insights, performance management, and financial operations expertise. This role will be the single source of truth for key performance measures, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and financial accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management & KPI Monitoring
- Act as the single well-known source for all process measures, including LnS Health Metrics, Productivity, Costs, and SGA.
- Define clear ownership and targets for each performance measure and KPI.
- Provide data, tools, and standard templates to Area TbM Leaders for effective decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional routines and performance dialogues to generate actionable insights.
- Integrate performance monitoring into the Management Operating System (MOS) framework, ensuring continuous KPI improvement.
- Focus on enhancing service quality and cost efficiency through process excellence.
- Conduct regular KPI monitoring (weekly/monthly), including gap analysis to drive improvements.
Financial Operations (FinOps) Expertise
- Ensure training needs for local SU’s and organizations are met, including creating and delivering training materials.
- Troubleshoot operational and system issues by working with IT teams, CEN SMEs, and BPOs (e.g., ICB, SNOW).
- Provide process and system enhancement recommendations, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades or improvements.
- Support customer implementations related to FinOps and project management.
Who we are looking for
- Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) with a strong background in performance management.
- Finance or FinOps expertise is highly desirable.
- Candidates with logistics or supply chain knowledge are strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in data management, analytics, and stakeholder influence.
- Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage change, and work effectively across teams.
