CFS supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise warehousing and cargo handling operations, ensuring compliance with procedures and operational standards.

• Ensure a safe working environment by promoting safety best practices and conducting toolbox talks and equipment checklists.

• Plan and allocate operational teams efficiently to ensure productivity and adherence to deadlines.

• Monitor and ensure accurate billing of services performed.

• Manage resources and equipment required for operations.

• Interact with customers, customs brokers, port authorities, and logistics partners.

• Take ownership of Stuffing, Dressing & destuffing planning

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions and developing the team.

• Support employee training and development and participate in incident investigations when required.

• Support the commercial team in maintaining and developing customer relationships.

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone with:

A bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics or port Management

• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse/logistics operations (including CFS), with team leadership and knowledge of cargo handling processes.

• Advantage: Knowledge of logistics/operational systems (WMS, TOS, or similar).

• IT skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Language: Intermediate English.

• Lean mindset: We are looking for someone with a strong continuous improvement mindset — curious, proactive in solving root causes, and motivated to improve processes every day.
