You will work closely with colleagues across commercial, operational, and support functions while gaining exposure to global logistics solutions that support government, defence, security, and humanitarian operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated bid professional looking to develop their career within a fast-growing sector while contributing directly to Maersk's commercial success and long-term growth ambitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage clarification questions and support customer communications throughout the tender process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Business Development, Solution Design, Operations, and support functions to develop logistics solutions.
  • Help develop proposals covering transportation, warehousing, project logistics, and integrated supply chain services.
  • Support internal reviews to ensure proposals are accurate, compliant, and commercially sound.
  • Build strong working relationships across the Government & Defence organization and wider MPL network.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Track key risks, assumptions, and actions throughout the bid process.
  • Support contract review activities with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Finance teams.
  • Maintain bid documentation, templates, and lessons learned repositories.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of bid management processes and best practices.

What We're Looking For

Experience
