Job Description

Have experienced new customer implementation, relocation, new DC open and expansion project

Have deep understanding of warehouse operation and optimization

Maintain smooth communication with the customers, vendors and internal stakeholders

Good command of understanding and writing English would be enough

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the methodology of Maersk Contract Logistics project management and execute
  • Establish and maintain detailed project plans and carry out progress updates of activities and resources demands
  • Monitoring and controlling of project indicators to ensure on-time delivery within the agreed budget and in compliance with quality standards
  • Communicating and reporting on progress, performance, and forecasting for the management team and shareholders
  • Adopt to changes in project scope or requirements and manage any resulting changes to the project plan

Knowledge of:

  • Principles and practices of project management,
  • Warehouse operation (atomized operation experience is highly appreciated)
  • Continuous Process Improvement Management.
  • Principles and practices of specific technical fields associated with project management.
  • Principles and practices of management, supervision, and training.
  • Regulations related to the project management and budget administration.

Ability to:

  • Establish, balance, and adjust priorities.
  • Maintain effective working relationships.
  • Promote a customer-oriented approach toward meeting the needs of the customer.
  • Prepare and present clear and concise oral and written communications.
  • Prepare a variety of narrative documents including policy statements, management reports, and correspondence.
  • Speak effectively with small and large groups.
  • Respond effectively to a variety of changing situations.
  • Interpret, manage, and prepare program performance budgets at the unit, cost center, division, department, and Continuous Process Improvement level.

Skills:

  • Fluent both in Korean & English
  • MS Office proficiency (Word/ PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook)
  • Prior experience with excellent digital project management skills with ownership and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and positive way of thinking about change
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems and develop action plan.
