
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as business consultant for technology
- Assist Business Development/ Sales for solutions presentation
- Join solutions design session with customers
- Serve as account management and single point of contact to customers
- Support and drive the implementation of new customers and systems
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts and help develop new initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Identify area for continuous improvement to enhance efficiency, safety and compliance
- Document and support the implementation of business processes
- Create technical documents, including business requirement documents and process maps
- Develop reporting tools and key performance indicators (KPI) to provide visibility into business trends
- System configuration and setup
- Provide training on systems and processes
- Provide hyper care during go live
- Track progress and provide updates throughout projects and initiatives
- Manage, communicate, and resolve operational, process, and system issues
- Support disaster recovery rehearsal, cycle count, warehouse migration and peak volume
Qualifications:
- Experienced in supply chain management
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Ability to write and execute basic SQL statements
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of EDI or API integration
- Strong analytical skills
- Customer-focused with effective communication skills
- A strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proactivity and proven ability to analyze and resolve complex operational and systematic challenges
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure
- Capacity to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Willing to travel
