Key Responsibilities:
Has responsibility for daily people leadership in smaller sub teams, focusing on specific sub processes or geographies.
Provides input to and manages the daily activities under the supervision and guidance of the manager.
Is often a senior with specific insight to the process, which enables coaching of team members.
Participates in transactional work as required as well.
Qualifications:
Graduate of any bachelor's degree
3-5 years as a people manager experience supporting AR or Collections business
Fluent in Spanish and English languages
Amenable to work with midshift schedule
Proven exemplary track record with people management.
