El rol de Aprendiz brinda apoyo al equipo de Customer Experience en la gestión y seguimiento de solicitudes operativas, garantizando una atención oportuna y organizada a los requerimientos del cliente.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Recibir y clasificar solicitudes operativas enviadas por Gerleinco (operador portuario) y notificar a los responsables correspondientes.

  • Direccionar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes aduaneras recibidas por correo electrónico.

  • Apoyar en procesos relacionados con café, revisiones y reportes de cobros.

  • Revisar reportes mensuales y dar soporte en su análisis.

  • Consultar el sistema Solar para identificar tareas abiertas o pendientes que puedan afectar el flujo de los embarques.

  • Notificar a los clientes sobre el estado de sus solicitudes o embarques.

  • Realizar seguimiento a encuestas de satisfacción del cliente.

  • Mantener contacto con clientes vía correo electrónico para resolver dudas o brindar actualizaciones.

Requerimientos:

  • Estudiante activo de programas técnicos o tecnológicos del SENA en áreas administrativas, comercio exterior, logística o afines.

  • Disponibilidad de horario par asistir presencialmente a las oficinas de Maersk en Bogota.

  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y organización.

  • Manejo básico de herramientas ofimáticas y disposición para aprender sistemas internos.

  • Actitud proactiva, atención al detalle y orientación al cliente.
